Today is Sunday and so a visit to an ecclesiastical site is in order. My choice for today is Tintern Abbey or, I should say, its ruins, on the Welsh border.
This is the very place, btw, that inspired Wordsworth's famous poem, Lines composed a few miles above Tintern Abbey, more than two hundred years ago. If you're interested, Professor David Miall has written quite a nice article on the the poem.
